Our production.
What we make ourselves, and to what specification.
Zinc oxide
Three grades, one process window each.
Select a grade to see what it is for and how it is packed. Every one is produced in our own plant.

Prime
Zinc Oxide — Prime
- Purity
- 99.9%
- Typical applications
- Tyre and technical rubber compounding, ceramics and high-specification applications where purity is the constraint.
- Packing
- 25 kg bags
Own production
Everything we manufacture.
Precipitated silica and fume silica are produced in-house and also imported, so we can cover a requirement larger than one campaign.
| Product | Grade / spec | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Zinc Oxide — PrimeOwn production | 99.9% ZnO | Highest-purity grade for tyre and technical rubber, ceramics and high-spec compounding |
| Zinc Oxide — ActiveOwn production | 92–94% ZnO | High surface area; activates cure at lower loading |
| Zinc Oxide — CT GradeOwn production | 40–45% ZnO | Economic grade for cost-driven compounds |
| Precipitated SilicaOwn production | Grades on request | Reinforcing filler for rubber; own production plus import |
| Fume SilicaOwn production | Grades on request | Thixotropy and reinforcement in composites and adhesives; own production plus import |
| Zinc StearateOwn production | Grades on request | Lubricant, release agent and acid scavenger for polyolefins and rubber |
| Calcium StearateOwn production | Grades on request | Acid scavenger and lubricant for polyolefin processing |
| MBTOwn production | Accelerator | General-purpose thiazole accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber compounds |
| MBTSOwn production | Accelerator | Delayed-action primary accelerator for tyre and technical rubber goods |
Process
How we control grade.
A grade only means something if it means the same thing next month. Five checks stand between raw material and your gate.
- 01
Incoming material check
Raw material is checked against specification before it is released into production.
- 02
Controlled process
Each grade runs to a fixed process window, so the same grade behaves the same way batch to batch.
- 03
In-process sampling
Samples are drawn during the run rather than only at the end, so a drift is caught while it can still be corrected.
- 04
Finished-goods verification
Finished material is verified against the grade window before it is packed and moved to stock.
- 05
Documented dispatch
Every consignment leaves with its documentation, so what arrives at your gate matches what you ordered.
Next step
Buy zinc oxide from the plant, not the middle.
Tell us the grade and the tonnage. We will come back with price, packing and the earliest date we can ship.
