Zinc oxide

Three grades, one process window each.

Select a grade to see what it is for and how it is packed. Every one is produced in our own plant.

Prime

Own production

Zinc Oxide — Prime

Purity
99.9%
Typical applications
Tyre and technical rubber compounding, ceramics and high-specification applications where purity is the constraint.
Packing
25 kg bags

Own production

Everything we manufacture.

Precipitated silica and fume silica are produced in-house and also imported, so we can cover a requirement larger than one campaign.

Process

How we control grade.

A grade only means something if it means the same thing next month. Five checks stand between raw material and your gate.

  1. 01

    Incoming material check

Raw material is checked against specification before it is released into production.

  2. 02

    Controlled process

Each grade runs to a fixed process window, so the same grade behaves the same way batch to batch.

  3. 03

    In-process sampling

Samples are drawn during the run rather than only at the end, so a drift is caught while it can still be corrected.

  4. 04

    Finished-goods verification

Finished material is verified against the grade window before it is packed and moved to stock.

  5. 05

    Documented dispatch

Every consignment leaves with its documentation, so what arrives at your gate matches what you ordered.

Next step

Buy zinc oxide from the plant, not the middle.

Tell us the grade and the tonnage. We will come back with price, packing and the earliest date we can ship.
