Our commitments
Four things that hold on every order.
We describe our controls plainly and we do not claim certifications we have not been issued. If your procurement process needs a specific certificate or test method, ask us directly and we will tell you whether we can meet it.
Checked before it enters stock
Every incoming lot is verified against its specification before it is released into inventory. Material that does not match does not get sold.
A fixed window on our own grades
Our production runs to a defined grade window rather than a target we hit on a good day, which is what makes a repeat order behave like the last one.
Documentation with every consignment
Consignments ship with the paperwork you need for your own incoming inspection and for your customers' audits.
Samples before commitment
Evaluation quantities are available for development work and for qualifying a change of source, with the technical data to trial them properly.

Incoming material check
Raw material is checked against specification before it is released into production.

Controlled process
Each grade runs to a fixed process window, so the same grade behaves the same way batch to batch.

In-process sampling
Samples are drawn during the run rather than only at the end, so a drift is caught while it can still be corrected.

Finished-goods verification
Finished material is verified against the grade window before it is packed and moved to stock.

Documented dispatch
Every consignment leaves with its documentation, so what arrives at your gate matches what you ordered.
