Producing in-house means we control specification, batch consistency and lead time on our core products, and price them without a layer of trading margin. Three ZnO grades (99.9%, 92–94%, 40–45%), plus precipitated silica, fume silica, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, MBT and MBTS.
Compounders rarely need one item. We carry accelerators, antioxidants, bonding agents, fillers, oxides, elastomers, resins, waxes and processing oils, so a single purchase order can cover most of a formulation. We also provide technical consultancy to the rubber and tire industries.
Every incoming lot is checked against specification before it enters stock, and our own production is controlled to a fixed grade window. Documentation is provided with every consignment.
We hold local stock on the items that stop a plant when they run out, and we answer enquiries the day we receive them, with a real price and a real date.
We supply evaluation samples for new product development and for qualifying a change of source, with the technical data needed to trial them properly.
We manage the full path from the producer to your plant: sourcing, contracting, shipping documentation, clearance and inland delivery, including consolidated shipments to reduce landed cost.
